Higher Ground aims to elevate our spirit & gather the tribe. This offering is a chance to feel connected as one. Community thrives when given opportunities to practice aspects of wellness & listen to music that is uplifting to our hearts. Bring your family to participate in a night of yoga practice, joyous music, mental clearing breathwork, & the surrender to our sound bath. Join our soul family as we activate vibrational love!
Note: kids are welcome but please be sure they are suited for yoga & meditation experiences.
This month we present yoga with Thallon Rose. Her yoga asana sessions are all level and a great bofy mind connect experience. Zaire Black will then facilitate Breath Meditation “Breathwork” that focuses on the heart center. The soundbath to follow is lead by Sacred Liiight. Their bath includes live ambiant soundscapes, sonic tools and the unique Ajna Light technology. Host - Melissa Cortez. This group looks forward to manifesting an all levels asana yoga practice, breath meditation and beautiful sound bath to help everyone elevate!
The music for the night is provided by three amazing artists. Divne1 (Joel), Voltage Ctrlr (Shiro) and GinGee have an amazing skill set and musical offerings. DVine1 has been utulizing mesmerizing sitar in yoga festival and retreat spaces. He also has many other musical tantelts to offer. Voltage Ctrlr, aka Ghetto Gandalf, is a wizard with analog modular synthesizing and visual animation. His music is ancient futuristic LA griot magic. Last but far from least we have GinGee in the house!!! Her production is a blend of HipHop/World/mixed genra and ancestry cultural preservation. For more on all three of these talents be sure to visit their IGs and other social platforms.
For December we also feature a visual aspect to the event. Sick Delicious will be on hand bringing us his motion design art, which he has showcased at major festivals and events.
This month we will offer a special music only ticket for 20$ which starts with a 9pm entry.
