EVENT EXPERIENCE

Come join Azriel and Johanna at Yogalution Movement & Wellness for a Sacred Women’s Circle. Their intention is to create an empowering and educational experience focused on deepening your connection to your body and womb. Azriel will guide an Opening Cacao Ceremony that will lead into a talk on the female menstrual cycle, tools to better navigate the 4 phases, and how to live in flow with your body's natural rhythms. Together, we’ll journal using thoughtful prompts inspired by the group, to reflect on your relationship with your menstrual cycle. This is a chance to connect with yourself and others in a supportive environment. Johanna will then lead a beautiful yoga flow that will take you through an embodied journey through each of the inner seasons of your menstrual cycle. Come with an open heart ready to connect with other incredible women in a safe and supportive space. This event is a unique opportunity for you to explore your femininity and learn from each other's experiences. Don't miss out on this transformative event!

JOHANNA MORAN

My journey of self-discovery began with a painful betrayal, prompting me to realize how much I had neglected myself. With support from my therapist, I made a pivotal decision to prioritize my needs. She suggested yoga, which transformed my life and became a sanctuary where I could truly listen to my body. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yogalution Movement in July 2023.

Alongside my yoga practice, I started a coaching program with an Ayurvedic practitioner who asked, “How is your relationship with your menstrual cycle?” This simple question opened my eyes to how rarely I considered this aspect of my health. Together, we explored my body’s needs through each phase of my cycle, leading to a profound transformation in my relationship with it.

Now, I celebrate my menstrual cycles, honoring their rhythms with curiosity and compassion. I’ve learned to nurture my body and embrace its wisdom. I aim to provide bleeding and non-bleeding individuals with tools to deepen their connection to their bodies through yoga and mindful movement. Each phase of the menstrual cycle offers unique lessons, and I invite you to join me in honoring these inner seasons with intention and curiosity. Together, we can celebrate the ebb and flow of our energy and emotions, cultivating a deeper connection to ourselves.

AZRIEL EDEN

Azriel is native to Southern California. She is a Breathwork Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Woman’s Health Coach. She bridges science and spirituality to support women in managing stress/anxiety, relieving PMS symptoms, transforming negative self-talk, & cultivating a deeper and loving relationship with their bodies through the menstrual cycle and hormones. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and believes the way to empowerment is through education and embodiment. She helps women develop a deeper understanding of their bodies by synchronizing their lifestyle, leisure, nutrition, and exercise with their menstrual cycle so they can have more energy, emotional stability, confidence, and body wisdom.
