EVENT EXPERIENCE

Join renowned elder and beloved teacher Krishna Kaur for a powerful 2-hour Victory Meditation workshop. In this sacred winter season - as we emerge from the longest night and welcome the return of light - we gather to harness ancient wisdom and transformative practices that awaken our highest potential.

 

The Victory Meditation is a profound tool for navigating life's challenges with grace, strength, and clarity. As spiritual warriors, we'll learn to elevate our frequency and expand our consciousness through Kundalini Yoga and meditation.

 

Through Krishna's guidance, you'll discover how to harness the profound energy of this winter season - a time traditionally honored for introspection, renewal, and the seeds of new beginnings. Just as nature prepares for its magnificent rebirth after the solstice, we too can use this powerful time to plant the seeds of victory in our own lives.

 

This workshop includes:

- Dharma talk on victory consciousness

- Kundalini Yoga practices for strength and elevation

- Victory Meditation 

- Community connection and support

 

Together, we'll create a frequency of victory that ripples out beyond our individual experiences, contributing to the elevation of the collective consciousness. As Krishna teaches, we have the power to choose how we respond to life's challenges, transforming them into opportunities for growth and triumph.

HOST NAME

Krishna Kaur, a dynamic, heart centered Yoga teacher, began studying yoga in 1970 and has passionately taught the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and Self Awareness for over 40 years.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her teaching in Africa, Mexico, and inner cities throughout the United States.  A master teacher trainer, she conducts workshops in Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
