Please come dressed comfortably. For your Crown Chakra Bliss (buccal massage), please note: it is best enjoyed with your teeth freshly brushed. Kindly note that while we do our best to keep it to a minimum, your hair may get slightly damp during the session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to all clients, Studio Air asks for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. 50% payment required for missed appointments.
Yogalution Wellness Practitioner
SEQUANNA MANZENITA OF STUDIO AIR
Born in Brooklyn, NY, but having spent most of her life in California, Sequanna fell in love with the ocean, the study of movement and holistic care modalities.
Her journey as a holistic practitioner began in 2000 when she became a certified massage therapist at IPSB in San Diego. She became a Yoga Instructor through Yoga Works NYC in 2007 and has supported over 100 pregnancies as a birth doula, childbirth educator, and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula since 2001. Along her path, she also earned a degree in Dance from CSULB, establishing her connection to Long Beach and its vibrant community.
Sequanna's bodywork practice is informed by advanced trainings/certifications in Buccal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Herbalism, Nutrition, Prenatal Massage, Palliative Touch, Passive Joint Movement, and Women's Health Support (from puberty - menopause). She enjoys curating nurturing experiences for growth, balance, and community through her retreat offerings in breathtaking destinations like Costa Rica, Iceland, Mexico, Palm Springs, and Santa Barbara and with her Studio Air hosted day retreats in Sunset Beach, Temecula, and Long Beach.
