Discover the unique properties of Kangen water, its benefits for the body, and why it matters for your overall health.
Energetic Connection:
Learn how Kangen water ties into our energetic bodies and enhances Reiki energy, promoting holistic healing.
The workshop will conclude with a soothing Reiki Visualization Meditation, allowing you to connect with your inner energy and the restorative qualities of water.

WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, journal, pen, and a pillow for comfort if you wish. Arrive to the studio 10 minutes early for check-in and to get settled in.

Melissa is a passionate wellness advocate, born and raised in Long Beach with a B.S. in Kinesiology and certifications as a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Embodied Mindfulness Coach & Teacher. Between her experience as Student Athlete & her expertise as a Kangen Water Educator & Distributor, Melissa understands the vital connection between movement, hydration, and overall well-being. Dedicated to helping individuals deepen their relationship with their bodies, Melissa emphasizes the importance of water and hydration in a healthy lifestyle. Through personalized coaching and holistic practices, Melissa empowers her clients to cultivate mindfulness and achieve balance in their lives. When not working with clients, you can find her exploring nature, paddle boarding, practicing yoga, or enjoying a refreshing hike.
